For roof replacement, written coverage is 10-year with Essential, 25-year with Certainty, lifetime with Certainty Plus. The coverage is held by Vestyr directly, not a crew that moves on.

We start on the committed date or credit $100 per day, capped at $1000. Weather and client-caused delays pause the promise.

The quoted number is the number you pay. Any change requires your written approval.
