Vestyr Roofing & Exteriors, operated by Vestyr Group LLC, uses information you submit through the inspection booking calendar or provide when you contact us to respond to your inquiry, arrange an inspection, and communicate about the request. Do not submit sensitive personal information through these channels.

Booking calendar provider

The booking calendar is an external HighLevel / LeadConnector scheduling service accessed through api.prestigeworkz.com. Information you enter is transmitted to the scheduling service to present and manage appointment requests. The current form asks for your name, email, phone number, property address, roof concern, active-leak status, roof age, homeownership status, and how you heard about us, along with your selected appointment time.

Loading the calendar also sends technical request information, such as your IP address and browser information, to the external services it contacts. The provider uses cookies and related technologies, including security and anti-bot services. HighLevel's general privacy policy distinguishes its own platform practices from customer information processed on a business's behalf; it does not replace this notice or establish this calendar's account settings. We do not state a fixed retention period or guarantee complete deletion of provider records or backups here.

Text messages

Booking an inspection or providing a phone number does not by itself constitute consent to text messages. Text messages require a separate opt-in. If you opt in, messages from Vestyr relate to your inquiry, inspection, or service request. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data or consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Scheduling and messaging service providers may process the information needed to provide those services on our behalf. This service-provider processing is distinct from sharing information for third-party marketing.

Analytics and external services

Vestyr has not activated Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, or Meta Pixel through its own website settings. These settings do not control the external calendar's scripts or cookies.

During our review, the calendar loaded Meta's advertising JavaScript and a provider pixel script hosted on Google storage, as well as LeadConnector, Google font/storage, and Cloudflare services. Loading these scripts does not by itself establish that an advertising pixel is initialized or that submitted form fields are sent to an advertiser. The provider's enabled analytics, downstream sharing, and SMS automation settings have not yet been independently verified.

On the dedicated booking page, the calendar loads after you select “Open online booking calendar.” On other pages, it loads as the booking section approaches your viewport, or when you select that button. Visiting the direct provider link also loads external services. To avoid loading the calendar, contact us by phone or email instead.
