Information on this site is provided for general informational purposes. Published prices are starting prices, not a quote for a particular property. Roof conditions, measurements, access, material choices, and project scope can affect pricing.
Any online price, range, or estimate is an illustration based on the information entered and is not a contract, final proposal, or authorization to perform work. An inspection and a written proposal are needed to establish the proposed work and price for a specific property.
Written project scope controls
No roofing or exterior work is authorized merely by using this site, booking an inspection, or viewing an estimate. Before work begins, the customer and Vestyr must agree to the applicable written project documents. The written job scope, price, and any written workmanship warranty or guarantee applicable to that project control. Changes to the quoted price or scope require written approval as stated in the project documents.
Descriptions of starting prices and general warranty tiers on this website do not replace the terms of a specific written proposal or warranty. If website information and the applicable signed project documents differ, those project documents govern the work they cover.
Text-message program
Booking an inspection or providing a mobile number does not by itself constitute consent to text messages. If you separately opt in to receive text messages from Vestyr Roofing & Exteriors, that choice covers messages relating to your inquiry, inspection, or service request, not third-party marketing. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Opening the calendar or reading this notice does not record an SMS opt-in.
